I recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée from this location and it was an outstanding experience! I already had a Tacori setting in mind but needed help choosing a diamond. Although they didn't have my setting in stock, my salesperson Emile Brebeck found another Tacori setting immediately that I liked just as well and it was also cheaper. I recently purchased my new fiance's engagement ring here. I received good, but not fantastic, customer service. One thing about Mervis is that you really need to have an idea of what you are looking for since they don't have displays of jewelry to look at. Instead that seat you in a room and bring you what they think meets your description. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and this worked for me, but Mervis wouldn't be a good place for someone who was looking for ideas. Hi Chad, Thanks for your review. The Tacori brand that you mentioned has a strict, "no discounting" policy. Our promotion therefore excluded that one brand. To your other point, we do not charge to mount our own stones. That is why it was never brought up in conversation until you arrived with a stone from another store.
