My husband and I had a great experience with Miriam. She worked with our budget, understood our style, and had that special sales person quality that makes you feel taken care of! I love how she anticipated a number of desires and needs without us asking. Mervis seems to be a good retailer for budgets in between cheap and super expensive with a range of options. Good quality and service.

This place definitely takes customer service to a great level but their selection of diamonds and settings is lacking. They are somewhat more expensive than other stores so do your research. I went here after getting a quote on a setting. When their setting was 1k more expensive I asked why and the representative basically tried to bash the other setting as low quality and scare me away from it. Bad business.

I went to Mervis to upgrade my diamond form a 1.75 to a 2.75 carat. I worked with Becky the manager. My cureent diamond is a H Vs2 round stone. She brought me two stones. She said one was 2.5 H and and one was 2.5 J color. I couldn't tell the differnce and either could my daughter who was with me shopping for an engagement ring. I purchased an engagement ring here. It was a great experience - it does help if you come with a sense of what you want, but the salespeople are great and I think their merchandise is the best in the area. Dodi was our salesperson and she was very helpful and even assisted in a surprise related to our engagement. I recommend the store enthusiastically.

Thank you Mervis for an excellent shopping experience. Right from the beginning, I walked in shorts and was given great service with patience from Maryam Bami. Later on Ronnie Mervis helped me with some selections as well. Both of you are great at meeting your customer's needs. They have great selection and also a variety of ring settings with very good pricing. I moved back to Texas but I am sure to call them again when i need a bigger diamond or a second one.

I could not have been happier with the customer service at Mervis. I was assisted by Emilie, who was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and credible. I never felt I was being "sold to." I told them exactly what I was looking for, and they were able to find it. From start to finish they made it an easy and even enjoyable process.

A great jewelry store, no question about it. Very nice people, good selection, high quality offerings. I'd suggest you make an appointment before going in, especially on high traffic weekends (i.e., trunk shows, sale weekends). Even if you don't make an appointment, they'll do everything they can to see you as quickly as possible. I had an excellent time buying the engagement ring here. It was just way easier then so many other places I went. Professional and honest, no pushy sales tactics. They make their sales by having exactly what you are looking for at roughly the price you want to pay. They helped me pick the ring, provided valuable insight into diamonds, matched the price that I was looking for, and set me up with financing. I honestly could not be happier with how this went. And the girl loved it! We will be going back for our wedding rings.

What goes behind the scenes is very interesting to say the least. Not a great place for an honest person ! Sales philosophy, " Be serious about buying or don't waste our time !" Hence, the interrogation rooms ! Glad to hear that Royal members are happy with Fred's. P.S. Avoid a salesperson called Emily. She is LOCO in the head with some hormones problems.
