Great company, and very easy to work with! I was very impressed with Metro Flooring! They installed both carpeting and laminate flooring for me. The man who did the installation work was fantastic! He showed up on time each day, and he worked very quickly. And, I could not have been happier with the quality of his work!

Overall, very satisfied! Metro Flooring installed vinyl laminate flooring for us! We were very happy with the sales staff, and maybe just a little less happy with the installation side of things. The installation crew was on time each day, and very professional. But I think maybe the job should have been scheduled for more than two days, or more crew should have been assigned, because the job ran late on the second day. But overall, we were very satisfied, and they got done what we wanted to be done!

We're happy with their work! Metro Flooring does an excellent job. We've used them for several jobs in three houses. We don't have any complaints. They were on time with no delays. Michael from Metro Flooring guaranteed the work.

Reliable and honest business! They care about the service they provide! This was a three-week project done by Metro Flooring. They jackhammered out a massive amount of tile and replaced the entire house with wood floors. I'm a repeat customer and they've worked on a dozen of my investment properties over the last ten or fifteen years. Out of all the contractors I've used, Metro Flooring has communicated well, given me great recommendations, and followed through. I couldn't have asked for more.

Mediocre I purchased laminate flooring from Metro Flooring, and I asked them to install it for me. The saleswoman was very good. Once I had paid for everything, I asked for an itemized bill, and there was not a lot of transparency there. I also had problems with the installation. The young men who did the work were very nice, but less than professional. The leader of the crew was only 19 years old. The whole process was so easy! I heard the Metro Flooring jingle on TV, so when I decided to re-floor my house, I called them. They installed luxury vinyl plank throughout my entire home. Their installation crew was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. They did a great job for me, and the whole process was so easy!

I had to negotiate a decent price with the owner I bought carpeting from Metro Flooring, and I had it installed. I asked their repairman to fix the creaks in the floor. Not only did they not fix them, they made them worse. I was not satisfied with that. I also felt that the price was unnecessarily high, and I had to negotiate a decent price with the owner.

The people were fine, but the product was not. It scratches very easily. I went to many different places looking for just the right laminate flooring. I found the color and the style that I wanted at Metro Flooring. The people there were nice, friendly and helpful, but I am not happy with the flooring product itself. It is waterproof, but it is not very durable, and it scratches easily. I have dogs, cats, and kids, so the flooring is very high maintenance. I even have to put booties on the furniture legs.
