Very professional and very friendly. They replaced carpet in a rental condo and it turned out fantastic.
They are organized and professional. The sales associate was very helpful and brought samples. He projected the installation would take two days and it only took one which was awesome. We were able to resume normal lifestyle pretty quickly.

Very positive experience! This is the second time I have used Metro Flooring. They are very fairly priced and great to work with. The communication with Bruce and Cynthia was excellent, and the installers were top-notch and very accommodating. I appreciated their can-do approach to all of my requests!
They go above and beyond to accommodate all request and do a great job! This is not the first time I've used Metro Flooring. I have used them multiple times for baseboards, carpet, and flooring. Everything turned out great!
My experience was wonderful and I would do it again! The first time we used them was a long time ago, and that was great! I have recommended friends to them and have come back to do my most recent project, which turned out really nice. There were a couple of hiccups with the install where they cut out around some internet cables, which I didn't want, but they came back and fixed it, so even that was great!
Fantastic customer service! Best prices! Metro Flooring has done more than thirty jobs for us. The most recent job in La Jolla was hardwood floors for one of our rentals. I keep going back to them because I like their work and their prices.
One word describes them - excellent! Both customer-service wise, and work-wise, Metro Flooring is nothing but an excellent company! I have told quite a lot of my friends about them, and I have also recommended the company to them!
