Not worth Noisy and dirty. It is not worthy of its price. It is very uncomfortable!
NOT a 4 star hotel !!! This is NOT a 4 star hotel as advertised. I will not book through hotel.com again !! Bathroom and kitchen need to be MUCH cleaner and possibly updated. Bedding was not great either as linen was creased and not fresh looking. Toilet did not work properly on arrival but got fixed eventually - at 0h30 that morning !! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed The staff was wonderful. In particular Carlos Victoria at the front desk. He was very accommodating, courteous and a true help. The area felt extremely unsafe and the hotel does not have great security. People from the street can come in and out freely. It was a disappointment. The room was beautiful and clean but once you step outside of the room it was like stepping into a war zone.

It's not a 4 Star Hotel Furniture looks better in internet than real life. The 4th floor is too hot and AC too noisy.
Go elsewhere ! Nice looking hotel but bad business ! Rooms are very small really only accommodates 2 people. I got an extra charge on my card for a beverage I never even had the pleasure of enjoying ! After trying to dispute it with the manager all she did was try to rush me off of the phone as if my complaint did not matter. So much construction going on in the area and workers started from 6am! This hotel is a dump. This place is awful and very filthy. This not a family friendly place. I do not recommend this place to anybody. First of all the building and rooms need to be updated and remodeled. The bathroom in our suite was filthy and the drain in the shower would not drain the water out fast enough so when using the shower the water would stand for long periods of time.
