Cute, spacious, private but.... Cute, spacious, private but.... there were two reservations made in my name accidentally. Hotel said to contact Orbitz and orbitz had to contact the hotel. (Ridiculous) After hours on phone and days waiting for email, the hotel would not give me a refund on the duplicate booking.

Hotel de terror Pesimo, mala atención a la llegada, desorden a la entrada del hotel que no es mas que un corredor, el ascensor no funcionaba. EL estado de la habitación deplorable los blackout de las ventanas cerrados porque toda vista era a construcciones, las baldosas de la ducha llenas de suciedad. Terrible no se como pueden tener un establecimiento así en la pagina y peor aun con calificación de 4 estrellas.

Terrible After I purchase this package with Expedia I had to pay another 300.00 to the hotel to be able to stay an a decent room , horrible, terrible , awful , staff not much help with it , I guess a saying quote we pay for what we get , terrible experience

PARTY HOUSE PARTY HOUSE. Lots of noise in the courtyard all night long. Many rooms overlook the courtyard where 20-somethings who can't afford or are too wasted too go to a nightclubhang out and carry on. Too bad. This could be a great little boutique hotel. Bring your earplugs if your looking to sleep. If you're looking to party, this is the place for you!!!

Horrible experience My wife and took one of her family members down there from Europe to see Miami. We felt embarrassed about the choice of the hotel we picked. We booked for three people and had to ask for a additional blaket, had to ask for a iron and a safe that was supposed to be in the room as advertised. The bathroom wasn't clean either.

location that's all about The hotel is not so clean from the outside as well as inside the reception & inside the room. The hallway is floppy & smell. Bathroom don't have the toilet paper holder & the room is dark some how.

Bien moyen Hotel bien situé, 2 rue au nord de la 5 ème. proche de la plage et rue commerciales. Par contre, hotel en mauvais état et sale. Service de chambre bien moyen.
