Stayed for 1 day only and left. It was not a nice hotel at all. Not clean, sink leak, small bathroom , stains on tiles

PÉSSIMO NÃO CONSEGUI NEM ME HOSPEDAR, É UM HOTEL MUITO SUJO, MUITO CHEIRO DE MOFO, AMBIENTE NÃO APROPRIADO PRA CRIANÇAS. ESTÁ COMO 4 ESTRELAS NESTE SITE, PORÉM NÃO É DESTA FORMA, SE TIVER DUAS ESTRELAS É MUITO. FUNCIONÁRIO MAL EDUCADO (FUNCIONÁRIO NO SINGULAR MESMO, PORQUE SÓ VI UM.

Spacious, close to the beach, and nothing else. I have no idea why this is a 4 star hotel. Yes, the suite has plenty of room to sleep 4 and a great location. The sofa bed is totally uncomfortable. The bathroom was very low quality, a clogged toilet so they gave us a plunger for us to fix it (4 star hotel?). For two nights we came back late at night and after waiting for 30 minutes outside we had to climb the front door because the guy on the front desk was sleeping and we can't get in unless he opens it. Pubic Hair in Bed Linen, Grinding of Floors at 4am It is an extremely old and rundown hotel. Staff is rather on the crude side and not very helpful (except for the friendly porter). There are better places nearby. Also they were grinding the floors at 4am! And they would not stop even though we and other guests complained about the noise. On the more disgusting side: There was pubic hair and other hair between bed sheets i.e. bed linen were from the previous guests/unchanged. water was frozen, it was imposible to gEt a shower The room was ok. Bed ok, but the bathroom was very small and the water was frozen.

NOT customer friendly Hotel had no parking for oversize trucks. Our company had to book another hotel for the night for Tech. When ask if we could cancel and get a refund due to the parking we were told NO.

Room was old and super small. This place was creepy. We moved to ritz Carlton. Didn't stay here one night! Wasted money! Would never recommend!

The Worst Place on South Beac Do not waste your time booking/staying at this place if you are looking for a 4-Star hotel. This hotel is the absolute worst place - the rating is misleading. It was so bad that I didn't stay - we went to a real 4-Star property up the road.
