Personnel adorable mais hôtel décevant. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation géographique ainsi que pour le confort qu'il semblait procurer. Si vous espérez pouvoir passez votre chemin, c'est impossible, l'isolation phonique est inexistante. J'ai appelé l'hôtel bien avant mon arrivée afin de m'assurer d'avoir une chambre bien orientée, j'avais bien fait car on m'a confirmé que des travaux avaient lieu juste à côté et ce du lever du jour au crépuscule. Tratamento e transfer Staff péssimo, transfer para o aeroporto fica distante do hotel,duas quadras, quando foi solicitado eles não avisaram ao motorista , ficamos esperando no meio da rua por mais de uma hora, então pegamos um taxi. O aspecto da recepção é péssima , tudo péssimo. Helenita Moreira. Pedimos o reembolso do taxi eles não deram a menor satisfação, mandamos um email pra expedia para cancelar nossa reserva a Expedia não respondeu.

not a 4 star.... not even close Not even close to a 4 star hotel. Construction next door stated at 8 am lots of noise. Will look for something else next time

Nightmare Hotel For a four star hotel the service was very poor the rooms were clean but the toilets doesn't work properly or the seat is broken my room had to be changed twice for this same reason the hotel staff is very unfriendly an d in order to get things done you have to do them yourself and actually sat two hrs waiting on the work person to come and fix the toilet which by the way never showed up and thats how i got my room switched very poor hotel wouldn't stay another night there or recommend any one to instead of a... read more

Birthday Celebration Staff and location is great, facility itself not so much and house keeping was average. I will recommend for friends but I definitely won't go back to stay. Online pictures were way off and by the way, there is no location pool.

disappointed The hotel was nice. Was happy in the beginning. But was put in a room where the exit door was next to us. Constant door slamming and loud people. Making it uncomfortable to relax. Waking up to beaming sun was not fun either. if i knew i was put in a room where i was going to be woken up by the sun at 7am and loud construction site right in front of our window i would have requested a room somewhere else. What upset me most is im sure the staff knew this and did notbsay anything until i complained in the morning.... read more

Low budget I did not like the room. The toilet kept getting stopped up. It took 30 or more mins for valet to get our car.

Identity Theft/Credit Card Fraud Last week, my husband and I stayed at the Metropole for 3 nights. The trip was paid in full before-hand through Expedia. When we checked in, we were told we had to provide a credit card for security of $100. No problem. We gave the gentleman a credit card along with our drivers' licenses. He made a copy of both licenses. He gave us our room key and sent us on our way. It's ok This hotel looks better on the advertisements than it really is. It's very noisy and the guests were noisy. Not a good place to get any rest while traveling. Do not eat at the Big Pink, rather try one of the beachfront restaurants.
