Never Got Back Deposit - Front desk area is extremely tiny and understaffed, more people should be at the premises - Never received our $100 deposit back, extremely sketchy place and would honestly question whether or not I'll ever get that money back again - Will never book again - Great location but awful views because it's smushed between two buildings

It's okay There are a few women who work there who are great! But mostly the rooms are okay, not as polished as they look in the photos. Also I'm not sure their house keeping is completed everyday. My room was not clean on the first day arrived. I had to ask them to come and clean it. Generally the room felt like it wasn't cleaned everyday.

Nice place, needs some work It’s was good, but rooms need a little cleaning/maintenance. Shower was disgusting to say the least, mold everywhere. All TVs crooked and only like 20 working channels. Maintenance came in talking loud Spanish with people still in room asleep. Very loud and rude.

Awful Hotel This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Don't waste your money. The hotel is small cramped and uncomfortable. The first night I was here the air conditioning unit broke and leaked water on the floor all night not to mention it was uncomfortably hot. After maintenance "fixed" the ac it spewed out hot air for the remainder of the stay. There are so many things wrong with this hotel. Meget slidt og beskidt værelse Boede på Metropole første gang i nov. 2015, som var virkelig godt og lækkert ophold, men det er som om tiden har stået stille,og intet er sket siden da. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm dropped our bags and went to check out the strip. After 4 hours of rain, eating and site seeing we got back to the room and noticed a very strong mold smell. Myself and two other business partners became ill with headaches and eye irritation. We called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room but the hotel was full.
