Wonderfully quiet and chic! Was greeted at the check in desk that we had been upgraded to a room with two queen beds. Great attentive service and great location.

what a joke. While location is excellent, no other positives come to mind. They advertise free breakfast - lie (no bfast), room is old, elevator was out half the time, checkin took a long time as receptionist was smoking, pool is advertised - in reality a fountain unfit for human swimming

It is a dump with horrible customer service. Have a reservation issue? Call this number and it hangs up on you. Want to speak with a manager during business hours? Sorry there is not one. PS remember this code to access the property after 11p. PPS we will take your money. BE aware and skip this spot.

CONS: - We had 5 living spiders in our room of different species. I ended up getting bit in my sleep. I have two dark purple bites about the size of a penny that are increasing in size. - The ‘pool’ is 6 feet across and 3 feet wide, with a depth of about a foot and a half. - They do not have an airport shuttle as described, so we had to pay for a $50 uber. - The bathroom had no xoint

The hotel had no heat. The elevator was broken

Check in, over powering smell, no hear in the coldest week. Not worth it. Good location I guess is all.

They best thing about our stay was how friendly Ezekiel was. We checked in at 11:50 pm and we were sooo tired. When we got to the room we were like, cute!! Then came the disappointment... The pillowcases were stained and yellowy. The sink dripped underneath, the shower leaked water outside the shower door. The water wasn't hot enough. The couch was stained we had to cover it with a blanket to sit. The living room tv was broke. There were no more vacant rooms and we were only there for the night so we uncomfortably sucked it ... read more

Staff support lacking, charged full price and I didn’t even stay there. Heard there are bugs in rooms.
