The condition of the room was not up to par. Paint was peeling there were stains on the curtains floors were dirty as well as the table and stove. There was a window in the shower that you could see out and people could see in who wants to take a shower with an open window you can see out of. Also was charged a 34.20 resort fee that was not stated I would be charged on Expedia website it said all fees and charges were included. Place looked very sketchy and will never stay here again I am highly disappointed.

This hotel was definitely not what i expected. I was misled to believe this was a resort. The pool was extremely small and dirty. There was no light in the living area I was given a room that did not sleep 4 people even though thats what i requested. The TVs only had one channel that didn’t work. There was absolutely nowhere to put any items (dressers/drawers/soap dish/towel racks or any counter space in the bathrooms. Hotel Metropole Suites South Beach is asking me for an additional $134. Cancel the reservation. Refund my money. The hotel is scamming me. They didn't give me my room key even though I paid for the room with taxes. They copied my ID. I contacted Expedia Help and called, but no one responded. They refused to let me into the hotel. Refund my entire deposit immediately.

Room had a hole and a leak from the roof above the shower, and the tv was smashed. Room also had a slight smell of weed. Would say stay elsewhere.

Il n’y avais pas de table dans la cuisine, le four ne fonctionnais pas, le micro onde n’ont plus, les armoire étais sale et il y avais une mauvaise odeur, de plus j’ai demander d’utiliser la laveuse/sécheuse et ils ont refuser et chaque question poser au personnelle étais d’une réponse bête et sec, j’adore expédia mais cette annonce et fausse, j’ai eu 2 moins belle journée dû à ce que je m’attendais, j’aimerais avoir une partie de mon argent

One of the rooms caught on fire during my staff there where no staff around and residents had to call authorities .
