The property is very poorly managed. We had to call maintenance to fix the lock twice during 3 days. The housekeeping is shoddy at best, they didn’t clean the rooms properly. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, i feel the staff is the only reason the hotel is still standing.

This hotel is a 2.5-star hotel, definitely not 4 stars as the building is already degrading. The floor is uneven and the elevator makes noises when we got in. The pictures online do not reflect the condition of this hotel. The AC is ice cold in the living room but no cold air could get in the bedroom. The location of this hotel is great if you like to party and walk to the beach, and the downside is that you can hear everything in the street from your hotel room. PLAYED MUSIC ALL NIGHT NO GOOD SLEEPING. Me and my family will not stay here again!!! NEVER!!! This place is just horrible and ghetto.
