Left 3 pairs of shoes during checkout.Went back that same day toget my items and was told they weren’t there and they weren’t found.I was 100% sure they were left there
The picture definitely does not match the view in person.The flooring was terrible.The wood was coming apart..The vent dripped water all night.We had to put like 10 towels all night to soak up all the water.They said they had no other room for us to stay in that night.So we d to stay in there with water leaking everywhere or find another hotel last minute 😡
Scammers False advertisement is illegal they will try to scam you for more money than your purchase price that says taxes and fees included be prepared to pay more than it states or they will rudely curse you out and threaten you to leave with police force and they do not even answer the phone and that's a purposeful thing a special thanks to the worker named Carlos which makes this American Business seem like it's a third world country
The room was nice but what i didnt appreciate is the lies that was told to be by the front desk agent that if i paid thru expedia i didnt have to pay the additional fees and i did!

This property needs to be renovated there is a mildew smell in the down stairs two bedrooms. The staff texted every morning asking if the room needed to be clean no one never came. Really disappointed because I have stayed here in the past. I love the fact is is centrally located and has Fat Tuesday attached.
Right above a busy bar. Window had been broken and the broken pieces were held in with packing tape. Woke up to screaming outside multiple times the first night(monday night) and the next morning got woken up by the fire alarm at 5:40am, which turned off, and then repeated that process two more times.
Property very run down. Prositutes constantly in and out of the property. Very noisy especially after midnight. Not at all worth the proximity to the beach. Stay away!
