I liked the guy who checked me in. Very helpful and friendly. My car broke down in front of hotel and he helped me push it to safe area and even tried starting the car.

Property was not properly cleaned. Heavy musk smell emanating from room, hallway, elevator. Not convenient for families with children. Advertising happy hour drinks which some were limited and not available upon request at happy hour. Phone not working in room for front desk. Kitchen sink water was not flowing properly.

Property was ok but was never informed an additional fee is added on checking in . Expedia and the hotel should be upfront with all fees and not be surprise last minute . It’s a ripoff

Just getting off the plane you are tried. I expect to be greeted Nicely Once I got to the hotel. Instead the women that was checking us in was very rude I asked her can my bag stay here since we arrived a hour before check in Her reply was does it look like I have some where to put it. A simple no would of been fine. The towels we have to return the old ones for new ones When went down to get new towels they have not washed we had to use the old towels for a few days and yes with sand in them. Not as good as before, still good for short stay I've stayed here before and was looking forward to staying here again. I think that the pandemic is being overused as a reason to cut back on services. The rooms, in 2 years since I've been here have taken a beating, so they look tired and oldish. AC's didn't cool as well as they should. Bed was just ok, definately older. Check in was good, lady was friendly and did do her best to get us everything we needed. Close to a beautiful beach The studio/1 bedroom suite was much smaller then the pictures. Our room was facing the main st (collins ave) so it was extremely loud ALL night. We had to sleep with ear plugs. The courtyard was nice. The steps both inside and outside could use some cleanings. It was nice to have ice cold water in the lobby for the guest.
