The location was great but the room was a nightmare. We had a suite and there was not a single towel rack or trash can in the entire place. We were promised a full kitchen and instead the cabinets started leaking water and the dishwasher was broken. Also, despite the fact that the website promises beach towels it was almost impossible to get them. The bed frames were too big for the rooms so we couldn't even close the doors to the bedrooms. For the price of 450/night this hotel disappointed. Extremely mouldy and occasionally loud. Convenient location.

Dårligt ophold Ualmindelig dårlig service, køkken og hele lejligheden var beskidt. I det ene værelse virkede vandhanen i køkkenet ikke, det regnede igennem loftet og hvis man lukkede døren til toilettet kunne den ikke åbnes. Efter flere henvendelser skete der intet. I det andet værker gik strømmen, det kunne først ordnes dagen efter, det samme med aircondition da den ikke kunne køle. Skraldespand bestod af en sort plastik sæk.

On December 29 my plane home was canceled due to a snowstorm in WA. I didn’t know how long I was going to stay so in Miami so I booked four nights on Expedia. However I only stayed one night. I talked to the hotel front desk and told them I am leaving the next day because the hotel was not as advertised. Both the hotel and Expedia refuse to give me a refund. The toilet was broke in my room. And there was vomit in the toilet from the previous guest. The front desk told me they had no other rooms. Yet I saw a couple and group of people check into their rooms after me. They put me in an out of order room but would not officially change the room number so I was concerned about liability for that.

Property was very dirty. Thick dust built up on lamps. Sink didn’t drain. Water didn’t get hot in the shower. You had to take your own towels/sheets downstairs for new ones. We took sheets down and we’re told there were no more fitted sheets. Saw a rat running through the courtyard so we couldn’t hang out there. Always people loitering outside the property. Left this hotel 2 days early to go stay at Hilton downtown and wasn’t offered a refund. DO NOT stay here.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned there was a sock from previous guest under t.v stand. We couldn’t leave our food out because their were roaches along with a flying cockroach, flooded bathroom floor once inside shower very displeased.
