Verified Renter Metropolis is a wonderful place to live. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are top tier and here, you will find comfort and luxury! Metropolis provides so many community activities for residents. Both courtyards are beautifully maintained with a variety of ways to stay active and connected with the community. Verified Renter First floor has bugs that’s comes during the summer but bug spray combats it. Smell of weed but management is active on preventing smoking within the premises. I like the garage parking and maintenance turnover rate.

Verified Renter Overall experience is good, the community always encourages to meetups, communicate and get along with neighbors by arranging events which is a lot of fun. The staff are really nice and very helpful always. Cons are soundproofing walls will be a great help, smart lock and thermostat will be great tech add on

Verified Renter Apartments are wonderfully functional and esthetically pleasing. Grounds beautiful. Great team of office managers that handle issues and are fun and funny. Only problem is that hallway carpets have a lot of pet stains, which are awful to see and walk around.

The common areas are clean, the facilities are modern, and overall the property has a great feel to it. Verified Renter Pretty nice and quiet here. Only have been here for half a year so not bad as of yet. The ownership did change after I moved in few months which there were some differences and more charges changed which was not nice.
