Verified Renter Safe location and still a good distance to West Broad Street. Studios are decently sized. Neighbors are generally quiet, but sometimes you hear them through shared walls.

Verified Renter The start was very helpful during the move in process! And everyone has been great if we have any questions. The maintenance man even offered us his dolly and allowed us to use it!
