Verified Renter Wonderful place to live! Beautiful apartment homes and landscaping. Great amenities including a fabulous coffee machine. And management, staff, maintenance stellar. Hallway carpets need attention from dog accidents is only are of dissatisfied. Hoping that they'll get to this soon.

Verified Renter My experience has been good at Metropolis. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great!. I have been a bit frustrated regarding some of my appliances in my apartment but maintenance tends to them as best as they can.

genuinely love it here I’m going to be completely honest, I’ve lived here for about 9 months and I don’t have a single thing to complain about. I feel safe as a single woman, the amenities are great, and this is an amazing place to live if you also work remotely. It’s really shocking to see a one star review for this place because I haven’t had a single issue since living here, but maybe I’m just lucky. The only thing I will say that I don’t like is how we are required to pay a trash fee every month.

Verified Renter alright, parking in garage sometimes notified no tow they still tow. The towing company they are poor too their place a lot of people has thrown rocks and shattered their windows

Between the broken elevators, broken fire pits, community broken outside TVs unreliable trash pick up trash smell in the hallways and dirty carpet in the common areas I’m really disappointed. I can only point to either ownership doesn’t care or management doesn’t have the power or resources to fix this. Verified Renter I love my apartment and before the new owners took over, this review would have easily been five stars. The way the parking situation was handled really lost my trust though. The NEW owners implemented a new parking policy MID-lease for all residents. Originally, they sent emails saying this was going to be helpful for residents and that residents requested it. Worst apartment I have stayed at This is suppose to be a luxury apartment, but is has so far been a pain to live at. I have made several complaints, but they take so long to "fix" the issue. I had a couple times where I talked to the office about an issue I have and they'll fix it themselves, but then later when I ask them why it hasn't been resolve, they gaslight me that I either haven't brought it up before or I had the wrong idea and I was in the wrong.
