Verified Renter The apartments are updated and modern. the property itself is kept in great shape and the amenities are amazing. The gym is always clean and not busy, and the pool is wonderful to sit by in the summer. Only downfall is that I can very easily hear my upstairs neighbor walk around during the day

Verified Renter The community is wonderful, the resident events are fun, and my apartment is very comfortable! I have loved living here so far! The only reason I am not giving five stars is that I find the valet trash unnecessary, and they are implementing an additional parking fee soon.

Verified Renter So far so good with Metropolis. Great management and amenities. I also appreciate the availability of parking spots in the garage. However, the walls are definitely very thin :(.
