Verified Renter I recently moved into Metropolis, and my experience so far has been excellent. The move-in process was smooth, the staff was very supportive, and the apartment was clean and ready when I arrived. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities (gym, garage parking, secure Fobe doorway entries, etc.) make daily life much more convenient. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable here, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place.

Verified Renter I love it! The amenities are great and everyone is friendly. I love the coffee machine and the little touches the metropolis has to make it feel like home.

Verified Renter It’s a very nice place to live overall. However, it costs $300 to reserve the main community area, which feels like a steep price. We pay a good amount in rent, yet the virtual golf is almost never working, and the rooftop and game room are often locked after work hours. If we’re paying this much, the amenities should always be available for use. As it stands, if you want to enjoy them, you’ll likely need a remote job and use them while on the clock.

Verified Renter Overall, living here has been good. Close to everything you need, ample parking space, and decently sized units. Downside, the walls are a bit thin. I could hear my neighbor’s dog bark/cry during daytime. Sometimes, I hear my neighbor snore. Management doesn’t respond well through emails, but would communicate via phone calls.

Verified Renter Wonderful place to live! Beautiful apartment homes and landscaping. Great amenities including a fabulous coffee machine. And management, staff, maintenance stellar. Hallway carpets need attention from dog accidents is only are of dissatisfied. Hoping that they'll get to this soon.

Verified Renter My experience has been good at Metropolis. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great!. I have been a bit frustrated regarding some of my appliances in my apartment but maintenance tends to them as best as they can.

genuinely love it here I’m going to be completely honest, I’ve lived here for about 9 months and I don’t have a single thing to complain about. I feel safe as a single woman, the amenities are great, and this is an amazing place to live if you also work remotely. It’s really shocking to see a one star review for this place because I haven’t had a single issue since living here, but maybe I’m just lucky. The only thing I will say that I don’t like is how we are required to pay a trash fee every month.

Verified Renter New Management is money hungry with parking, trash schedule is not through schedule, the establishment is a lot worse than when I initially moved in a year ago
