THIS IS MY... (Verified Renter) THIS IS MY SECOND TIME LIVING IN NOBB HILL. I LIKE IT BECAUSE IT'S NEAR EVERYTHING I NEED.
I always felt... (Verified Renter) I always felt safe at Nob Hill and the community was near major highways. I enjoyed the community activities such as dinners and parties. I like the safety gates, but I would recommend upgrading to a code for each resident because people kept breaking the locks. If people want cable/internet access include in rent, I would not recommend the facility.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment, community, because it is a great location and the staff members are very helpful candid about everything. Lots of warmth smiles.

The staff in... (Verified Renter) The staff in the leasing office were all professional and knowledgeable in answering all questions I had prior to moving in.
Once the maintenance... (Verified Renter) Once the maintenance personnel reach you, it's all good. Getting through to them and waiting for them to arrive is nerve-wracking. We need someone on site 24/7.
My previous experience... (Verified Renter) My previous experience with maintenance (cleaning at move in) has been great! Everyone is very polite and clean and knowledgable. I hope this review isn't misleading- the most recent request was just not complete but I have been impressed with the staff I have had experience with thus far!
I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend these apartments to family and friends. They're clean, well kept and the people in the office are all very nice and easy to communicate with.

I am basing... (Verified Renter) I am basing my answers on this 1 repair / maintenance event. I am extremely pleased with the interior fix. The roof repair is yet to be tested. I hope it is the same quality as the ceiling repair. I have always been pleased with Jimmy, Jose and the other maintenance crew. I hope I am pleased with the roof contractor as well.
