Once the maintenance... (Verified Renter) Once the maintenance personnel reach you, it's all good. Getting through to them and waiting for them to arrive is nerve-wracking. We need someone on site 24/7.
My previous experience... (Verified Renter) My previous experience with maintenance (cleaning at move in) has been great! Everyone is very polite and clean and knowledgable. I hope this review isn't misleading- the most recent request was just not complete but I have been impressed with the staff I have had experience with thus far!

I am basing... (Verified Renter) I am basing my answers on this 1 repair / maintenance event. I am extremely pleased with the interior fix. The roof repair is yet to be tested. I hope it is the same quality as the ceiling repair. I have always been pleased with Jimmy, Jose and the other maintenance crew. I hope I am pleased with the roof contractor as well.

(Verified Renter) They say first impressions are long lasting and the courtesy that I received not just from Chris and Ebony that were helping me, but from literally every employee who passed by made me feel welcomed, relaxed. It's that reason alone that I would refer/recommend friends and/or family members, coworkers to Nob Hill. The apartment that I viewed fit my personality very well, it was modern and clean and not to mention the locality of the apartments, very central to everything.

Maintenance persons were... (Verified Renter) Maintenance persons were very courteous and patience in explaining the problem and solution. There was a problem with the A/C and even after they finished repair took the time to helpe me understand how to set the thermostat. Very helpful
