I am so... (Verified Renter) I am so glad I came back to Nob Hill. It has kept its charm and beauty. The grounds are impecable, the entire staff in the office and maintenance are great. Sandra Morfin is absolutely wonderful! I am looking forward to many years here at Nob Hill

I just moved... (Verified Renter) I just moved here from another property. Nob Hill is far better than the other property I lived. Grounds are immaculate, clean, a pleasure to walk and not find empty cans of soda, beer, etc. Wow team! You are great!

As mentioned above,... (Verified Renter) As mentioned above, I believe Nob Hill is on its way to becoming an exceptional place to live, but at the moment there are still some kinks that could be worked out.
I've lived in... (Verified Renter) I've lived in this complex on and off since 72. It's a great place, location, better than any place I know in Houston and quicker to get to the medical center. Mr. Farb was a great man and built a good sturdy place that has outlived so many apts. I can think of only a few that have. With NH around I never had a desire to buy in Houston.
