I just moved... (Verified Renter) I just moved here from another property. Nob Hill is far better than the other property I lived. Grounds are immaculate, clean, a pleasure to walk and not find empty cans of soda, beer, etc. Wow team! You are great!

As mentioned above,... (Verified Renter) As mentioned above, I believe Nob Hill is on its way to becoming an exceptional place to live, but at the moment there are still some kinks that could be worked out.
I've lived in... (Verified Renter) I've lived in this complex on and off since 72. It's a great place, location, better than any place I know in Houston and quicker to get to the medical center. Mr. Farb was a great man and built a good sturdy place that has outlived so many apts. I can think of only a few that have. With NH around I never had a desire to buy in Houston. I would but... (Verified Renter) I would but people may not move in. You have neighbors who leave trash in the patio area or leave blankets/clothes outside all the time.

It's nothing about... (Verified Renter) It's nothing about the apartment community, it's just so close to the bayou and, when it floods, it's devastating. Hard to recommend that if less flood-prone apartments are available.
