maintenance has been... (Verified Renter) maintenance has been fairly timely in all past issues and repairs are usually done well
I just feel... (Verified Renter) I just feel they want you to have so much just to apply when it's a flooded neighborhood I knew someone who once lived in the apartments and they flood bad and easily so I feel that the price and the hazard going about just trying to apply should less complicated I also saw apartments priced at the same price or cheaper and came with everything including a garage and I don't believe they ask for so much and even so it's worth it
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community , my stay here has been peaceful , office personnel are respectful and inviting , mainenance stays on top of keeping the community clean and security constantly monitors Nobhill.
