I just feel... (Verified Renter) I just feel they want you to have so much just to apply when it's a flooded neighborhood I knew someone who once lived in the apartments and they flood bad and easily so I feel that the price and the hazard going about just trying to apply should less complicated I also saw apartments priced at the same price or cheaper and came with everything including a garage and I don't believe they ask for so much and even so it's worth it

I had a... (Verified Renter) I had a great experience with the first maintenance personnel that came in the first time i placed a request. He fixed my kitchen sink, the closet light in a timely manner. He checked the ceiling stain in the bedroom and sprayed it with a with paint, he then told me to inform the office if the stain shows up back and unfortunately the stain came back bigger this time.
