Hi! My friends and I went into Mezeh to order food. There was a group of 5 that walked in before us and asked are you closed? The crew member behind the counter was sweeping and turned around and responded “Yes” which caused them to leave. My friends and I work retail so we looked up the closing time before we even came in and double checked the door to make sure the restaurant was still open. When I picked up my order, there were items missing from the bowl, one of the bowls was only halfway filled, and the other had slightly more than this. I brought this to their attention, and the man at the cash register was the store manager I believe. He asked one of the other gentleman to fix it. They gave me the missing items and I explained that the bowls weren’t filled up like they usually are, so they filled up one of the bowls but not the other. I just wanted to say I was very disappointed with your in app ordering/pickup experience. My order was set to be ready at 130. I had to wait 20 minutes past that time for my order to be ready. That’s ridiculous. I waited in the store watching the works skip over my to go order and serve people in store. That is ridiculous when I placed my order almost an hour ago. My order was a family pack with a chicken as the protein and an extra side of falafel. I did not receive the chicken kabob but did get the falafel.

Your Charlottesville store is constantly dirty and understaffed. I love the product, but don't think I can go in there anymore because of this.

Ordered two eggplants pizzas (vegetarian). Received two pizza with steak shawarma and lamb kefta although base of pizza and attached ticket was correct.

I ordered a bowl and a flatbread wrap. In the flatbread wrap there was a piece of plastic that my wife almost ate. This is obviously unacceptable and demand a refund for the inedible wrap. We have ordered from this Mezah several times because the food usually tastes delicious despite EVERY time we have ordered online to pick up there has been something wrong with the order e.g. missing pita that comes with a bowl, missing topping that was part of the order, incorrect topping used, incorrect sauce. Two major problems: Order was missing three ingredients from the custom bowl plus there was not bread. My understanding is that the bread is included with the bowl - at least it has been on previous visits. 2nd big problem was store cleanliness. Upon entering, I was faced with overflowing trash cans at the front door - but the men's restroom was far worse. There were feces smeared on the toilet seat and on the floor next to the toilet.
