I'm on the tail end of a case of food poisoning, that I'm quite confident I got from your restaurant yesterday. The cilantro hummus definitely tasted funky, and you should definitely toss it out ASAP.

I just ordered food online from the Mezeh in Charlottesville, VA. My order was 30 minutes beyond the pick-up time that was given to me and my bowl was missing rice and cranberries. My bowl that I ordered through the online app from last week was missing cranberries.

I eat Mezeh about 3 times per week. I love it and despite the fact that my online orders are often prepared incorrectly with items missing or incorrect (last night my chicken was left out of the order), I keep coming back. I do so because it is by far my favorite fast food / fast casual restaurant. The main thing that causes me to crave Mezeh and the main thing that puts Mezeh above Cava in my opinion, is the S'hug sauce!!! I ordered mezeh on door dash on 1/6 but received a salad with falafel instead of lamb and I am unable to eat it because of allergies. Please refund me for fulfilling my order incorrectly, thanks

I was somewhat displeased with my mezeh order yesterday . There wasn’t much flavor in the rice like their usually is and I also got the smallest amount of protein and wasn’t able to enjoy my bowl all together . I usually can eat my entire bowl but I was so disgusted- I had to throw it away. I enjoy talking to the employees and getting to know their faces but yesterday’s food was abysmal

I'm submitting my receipt to you b/c you were not able to apply it at point of purchase. This is the 2nd time there has been a technical glitch and it does make using the app to earn rewards a bit frustrating, as it puts it on the customer to remedy the situation. I hope you'll be able to fix this.

I love Mezah and am so grateful that I have access to such quick yummy healthy food. I USUALLY walk in to order but today the C-ville location was PACKED! Out of an abundance of caution we decided to order on the app and pick up (also grateful for that option!) So this is feedback on ordering on line. We placed an order for two bowls, one drink ($2.50 bottle of water) and one baklava. When I checked the cart I didn’t see the water or sweets, so I added them. We ordered for pick up from Charlottesville location. Our order was over 30 min late being ready AND requests were not honored. The 2 pita chips I ordered were not included. I order regularly and have been disappointed the last several visits. Ive attached pics of my order. Thank you. I hope this will be addressed and improvements made.
