Hello, I just want to report how sorely disappointed I am in the food and service at the Charlottesville location. I ordered online to pickup in the store and my order was not ready until 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Also, when I got home, I realized that my cookie was burnt to a crisp (photo attached). I have been eating at Mezeh for almost a year now and I can say it due to my regular visits at this location that the quality of food and service has just been going down.It's up to a point now where we don't even get served with the meal properly.I have attached couple of images with this email to help you better understand the concern. I ordered a Spinach feta pizza and all I got was some pizza with some feta, olive oil and lots of olive on it. I ordered last week and received my meal missing a sauce and a side of chips I ordered. I left a review regarding this and was contacted once to create a mezeh account to receive a credit for the missing items in my order. I have yet to receive a credit or a response from the original message I received. This is disappointing as much as I like mezeh and have usually received decent service regardless of the location I’ve gone too.

I went to the Charlottesville mezah tonight and when I went in the manager or whoever was in charge was visibly very upset with a new hire. He was repeatedly talking about the new hire to the other workers there and to me about how incompetent the new hire was at his job. I felt very uncomfortable and almost left but I had to pick up my food that I had already promised to buy for other people. This is the second time I’ve been in where take out orders trump in person orders. I understand those are on a schedule, but when your line is 10+ deep someone should be knocking orders out. The two employees on the line were doing to go orders and sporadically taking an in person order. Two parties, plus me walked out, two others came to the door, saw the line and left. Maybe it’s time to hire more people.

 I just came from the Charlottesville location a few minutes ago. My girlfriend got the green drink which I paid for. This drink tasted like it was spoiled and the attending employee agreed. We left with a different drink the many black tea. My girlfriend said it tasted off as well and complained about feeling sick. Like she was going to throw up. I called the same employee at location and the employee hung up after telling me to handle it online. Said refunds are only available online. Is this what mezeh stands for?

Today, when I walked it Mezeh, I was very excited since I really enjoy the food, but when I left, I was heavily disappointed. When I got to the cash register to checkout, the employee (who seemed like the manager/lead) grabbed a bowl and it wasn't mine. I told the employee this and he started discussing with the other employees to figure out which is mine. He ended up bringing me a different bowl and I said it was still not mine. I ordered online and picked up my order. I got back to the office and there was no chicken shawarma in my bowl. This is probably the 5th time that I have ordered online from the Charlottesville, VA location and something is missing. I understand that they are swamped w/online orders and to go orders but this has happened way too many times.

Tonight I picked up order #3df2b3b7 at your Charlottesville location. I requested a bowl with shredded lamb, but received the lamb kefta instead (as you can see in attached picture). My bowl also had no tzatziki sauce, which I had asked for. Is it possible to refund the cost I paid for this bowl?
