We had ordered two vegetarian dishes yesterday, however there was beef in both when we picked it up. We were at home when we saw that.

I was able to use my credit but once again they forget something in the order. If it is possible to reach out to the Charlottesville Stonefield branch please do. I don’t know if I am ordering when a certain person or person(s) are working and it is just my luck, but 80% of the time I order something is missing. I don’t think I’m the one customer that this is happening to.

My receipt clearly states my bowl was supposed to have falafel as the protein yet there was just no protein at all in the bowl I received.

I have never had a negative experience at this location before this evening. I brought my girlfriend here tonight for her first time and as we stepped up to order, I asked for an extra pita bread to be added to my order. The employee informed me that there were no more pita pockets for the evening as I watched her and another employee throw that was obviously a stale pita pocket in the trash. I placed an order yesterday evening for pickup through the app (7/18). My husband’s chicken shawarma bowl was excellent, as per usual, but mine was severely lacking. It was missing at least three of the toppings I had requested, though we did not notice until we were already home and needed to eat dinner. There wasn’t a note about the missing toppings, or any communication about substitutions in case they maybe were out. I ordered a bowl through the mobile app and picked it up. It took over 30 minutes since I submitted the order to get the food and I believe that because they were rushing they messed up my order. I didn’t notice until I got back and started eating that they didn’t put any of the chicken that I ordered in the bowl. It’s disappointing paying for something that you don’t receive.

I was given an incorrect order at the mezeh in Charlottesville. The entire experience was appalling and I do not plan to return to the establishment. The service recently has become incredibly slow and nonchalant. Employees no longer care. The register became backed up because apparently only certain employees are cleared to use it and we all stood there waiting while one was retrieved. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:14, I did not walk out of the store with my bag until 7:35 and for a 5 minute period there was no one in line. In addition I got the Shwarma Flatbread, the bread was not fully cooked and was doughy and to be honest was too raw to safely eat without worrying about food poisoning.
