Control Center 4 use with MFC-L5850DW I often need to scan documents and save them to my computer. Sometimes Control Center 4 is not visible as an application on my computer. Not sure why. I have installed the printer a couple of times. It's a glitch that makes somethings very inconvenient.
Very good reliable printer This is a very nice laser printer. Quiet, fast and cost efficient on toners. I highly recommend.

It's a workhorse Great feature is multipurpose tray. I can print checks from there (one or many). This printer is fast and reliable. It was easy to connect wireless. The computer software to manage device is straightforward. I was able to change folder for where I want scans to go. My favorite Brother printer.
printing It has a problem with windows 10 and it wont faxs from the computer if its on a network. It will talk to one but not the other. If it worked like it was designed I would love it.
Fast Much better than my last Brother printer. Much faster and better utilities. Only problem is its wifi doesn't always work. Need to unplug power to printer to reset wifi. There's other ways to reset but this the easiest. Otherwise great printer. Hope this helps.

Great copier and printer Excellent machine for coping,scaning and printing of 8.5x11 and 8.5x14! Very easy to use, duplex feature of both scanning and printing is a real time saver.
