Great! I like the feature on two sided scan. On my old unit I had to scan one side then flip it over and scan the other. On this machine just place it on top and it scans both sides. I also love the fax feature, I get my faxes on my computer so I don't have to waste any paper. Great job Brother!!
Works well and easy to set up Set up was very easy. It copies documents fast. The various copy features are easy to find and use. Same for scanning.
Excellent Printer My employees love the new Brother printer! It also is more convenient as it prints fast and quietly. The duplex copies are so much easier to do. Easy to set up and much cheaper ink compared to the ink in the cheap printers we were using.

Brother 5850 dw Printer is very easy to set up and use. It is fast and produces a clear and smudge free page. The ADF works great and to be able to scan to email, copy or file is great to have. The price is reasonable for the functionality.
Good printer for small business I've been buying Brother multipurpose printers for years. This one is excellent and does a great job printing. It's quiet and efficient. The keypad is very easy to use. I am an attorney in a small practice and I would recommend this printer to anyone with a small business
