Easy setup This is my second AIO from brother. The first one is over 10 years old and still working fine. I bought this one for the new updated scanner. Everything is improved on this on from my first one. Wireless works great and easy setup. You can scan from the AIO to your computer. I do't use as a fax but copier and printer work great. Would definitely recommend and buy again when needed.
Has everything I just replaced my previous Brother All in One with this one. The size is just a little smaller I believe which is better. So far everything is good except for the noise. When it copies, it makes a noise that I'm not sure is supposed to be there.

Much better than expected My dinosaur copier died and I needed a great copier for my office fast. Picked this one up and I am amazed. I'm only using the copier portion of it and am so happy. Quick, clean and so easy to use. Handles a lot more than I thought it would. If I used all of the great features, I'm sure I would be blown away. Very affordable, love the capabilities it has and could not be happier. I know I can ALWAYS depend on Brother!
Excellen printer/copier This printer was easy to install and works flawlessly. It was the only one I could find with a platen large enough for legal size paper. I am very happy with this product. I have three printers in my home-office but I use this one as my "every-day" printer. The print is perfect and very clear. No compolaints from me.
Great warranty service Had a paper handling problem. After contacting Customer service, they authorized a return and swap. 3 days later I was back i business. By the way this is the 4th machine of this general type that I have purchased. At this rpice you get a year warranty and after that run them until they die.
So Far So Good!! Our older Brother machine bit the dust in the middle of tax season. Had to have a replacement immediately. Did not have time to research products or wait for shipment. Visited our local office supply store, compared a few machines and this is the one we decided to go with. It is a work horse. We needed fast printing/copying and it has not disappointed. Scan feature is also quick.
Devoted fan of brother I use for business. Mostly for scanning. My previous brother was able to scan while I did other things. I'm sure this will too once I take the time to figure it out. Probably if i go through CC I will be able to scan and work at the same time. This is my 5th brother over 25 years. Very good product. Rarely feeds more than 1 page at a time. Great performance. Just can't figure how to print from other devices which is why I purchased the wifi.
Good Machine! Recently downsized our office and needed a desktop copier to replace our venerable floor model Xerox. The Brother is serving us well with the smaller footprint and excellent copy quality as well as the added printer benefit serving several workstations. The only drawback is the lack of a "copy counter." I will be calling Tech Support to see if there is a functionality we have not yet found or if it will be coming with a future software update.
