Works well for small office We use this printer for all of our printing, faxing, and scanning purposes in our office. It's fairly slow (if you're used to a really fast printer), and the document feeder at the top cannot handle too many sheets (about 30 I'd say). In order to scan, you must download the software onto your computer, but after that scanning is pretty simple! It has the ability to scan directly into a chosen file on your computer. (You can name it and choose the location before scanning).

This is one of the best laser printers for the buck This is one of the best laser printers for the buck. One main reason I bought this printer is because it has ability to scan and save to clouds, such as FTP (I set it up to ftp directly to my NETGEAR ReadyNAS server), save directly to GoogleDoc and Microsoft OneDrive. No need to use PC to save documents to the cloud. It's energy efficient as well. 300dpi is useless but 600dpi is just fine Have not had the chance to test everything yet but it prints quickly and quietly. 300dpi is useless but 600dpi is just fine. Will update over time.
