This printer is fantastic! My first Lazer This printer is fantastic! My first Lazer, very sharp definition. I hardly ever used color with my Hp and got sick of replacing them at over $50. When the machine broke down, I decided to get a small business printer...thinking it would be more reliable and last longer. It's a little large, but still fits in my computer desk printer space. If anything go's wrong, I'll update. As a new purchaser, I'm totally satisfied.

Installation is easy. All features are great Installation is easy. All features are great. I wish the scanner software was little enhanced. I cannot find a way to rearrange scanned pages and could not rotate the scanned image.
This laser printer is the bees knees...and how!!!! This printer is an excellent printer and a great investment. It does everything very well: scans, copies, prints, etc. The software setup for MAC on my wireless network was a little rough to get up and running reliably, but I have it doing what I need to now. Just a couple more features remedied and I will be at 100% on the software side of it. I am very impressed in all aspects of the hardware. Five Stars This is the best monochrome laser printer for the price in my opinion. I got it for its full duplex printing AND scanning capabilities. Toner is affordable, especially if you're ok with going non-OEM.

Very good printer; I'm happy with it. I read many reviews before purchasing this item. People complained of difficult setup and poor print quality. From the time that I opened the box I unpacked it, downloaded the most current drivers (Mac OS X 10.10), and printed a test page within 30 minutes. Everything was straightforward and easy.
