I was a pretty easy customer, knew exactly what I wanted, but it was a pleasant experience. Rob and Ian got me out the door quick, pain free, explained everything well, and customized a warranty plan that made sense for me. They have a nice, clean maintenance waiting area, I won't mind coming back at all.
