I loved Michelle she explained everything to me and made everything clear. The one thing I did not like was the lack of communication people had with Michelle. I was told by one lady one thing and then another thing to the point where i had to call Michelle to get clarification. I did not like the fact that not everyone was on the same page. I was being told false information. There was a lot of un needed stress that could have been avoided. But over all Michelle was good. She was very clear.

would of been better if 1 person to remain in contact instead of have 2 or 3 people asking for the same information over and over again. Or at least have some sort of open commutation among each other. Sharing the information you have on file. Updates I understand.

Sometimes I had to call the office, text and email , some times I did not get answers. I would not get replies from the office. It would take me having to email them numerous time, or if you needed something they would answer me. Thank you,

Unfortunately, I'm not up to speed with how to send documents electronically. With the exception of Pamela, I felt that the staff lacked patience in this area. Michelle did a great job of explaining our options when we met. My wife and I felt comfortable, and she made a good impression on us. On the day of our closing, we still had not received everything that was needed (wiring instructions, etc). Pamela came through again, and provided that info just in time. -Michael Haines

Communication is a big deal for us especially if it's for something as important as our future dream home we just felt like our loan was put on the back burner we received little to no updates only time we were notified about something is when I would email to ask. Tried calling by phone a few times but never got to speak with anyone.

We went into VIP for a refinance for home repairs and updates. Our appraisal came back very low by comparison to the first when we purchased out home 2 years f prior and this was after many updates. After reviewing the appraisal there were many items missed and just not completed properly. We were just simply called and told sorry appraisal was 30K less than what we quoted and expected so we cant help you at this time..I had to call back with and ask for another one. after that very bad follow u
