We had a slight issue with disorganization. Michelle was wonderful. We just constantly had a different agent contacting us for additional information and the process took 7 weeks. I know multiple things played a factor in these issues. We had a delay with the seller realtor, then the appraiser took 2 weeks to submit his report then other delays happened. I'd like to have ONE agent working with us rather than 3 or 4. That's about the only thing I'd change.

This company needs a lot of work. First off communication is lacking and when dealing with my personal information, having a different person emailing me each time is not okay. How is your customer supposed to know that they are not being scammed. Also this is 2019, I pay all of my other bills online! I do not even own checks! So the fact that through this whole process I have had to send VIP a check or a money order is ridiculous! I will never recommend this company.

Every step of the process, I was contacted by a different/new person. Each one taking care of that step of the process. I was not given a heads up of who to expect to talk with and this gave me some angst at first worrying about scams. It was difficult to keep track of who was taking care of what. In the end all was well, but as I have never been through this process, it was unsettling to me. I suggest for better communication with the customer so he/she would know what/who was coming next.
