Maria Estrada is an excellent professional and so is her assistant Claudia. They helped me through the whole process and Maria has amazing communication as the process goes on. Teresa Balian is the absolute queen of professionalism, knowledge and caring about her clients. I would never go with any one else. She got me my a mortgage when another mortgage company I waited for 2 months would not push through, because of another home I owned.
