Mr. Jon Stark and Ms. Maria Bouhou were very accommodating in assisting my needs. They were very professional and courteous. When a question arose about documentation, they were quick to find a fix. The appraisal came back less than expected. Mr. Stark found that although I qualified for a conventional loan, I would fair better with an FHA loan and still be able to get some funds to finish the renovations on my home. Thank you.

Mr. Farrell was extremely helpful and professional during the closing process. He even made himself accessible during his vacation.. that’s how committed he is. Ken is always courteous and a true gentleman. He was always available for questions and even though I was a 2nd time Home owner , Ken made sure I understood the process at all times. Vick made a very overwhelming paperwork process run smoothly and fast. He was very accommodating with our crazy schedule and got us the rate we wanted and the date of closing. With an ever changing process everything ran without an issue because Vick kept on top of things

I've worked with plenty of mortgage brokers and Mid-Island is by far the best. Teresa Balian and Terisa Pontes are the two most efficient people I've come across in the industry. They have financed 2 houses for me and they were extremely professional, very quick to get all the paperwork together and send an appraiser out. They have made it so much easier to look for investment properties to buy.
