Jon worked with me on refinancing my FHA mortgage so I could get a conventional loan. However, the home appraisal came back lower than expected. Jon didn't give up. He was able to get a new loan at a lower interest rate with cash out so I could finish remodeling my home. Without his help and continued support, I would have given up on this endeavor.
