Vick made a very overwhelming paperwork process run smoothly and fast. He was very accommodating with our crazy schedule and got us the rate we wanted and the date of closing. With an ever changing process everything ran without an issue because Vick kept on top of things

I've worked with plenty of mortgage brokers and Mid-Island is by far the best. Teresa Balian and Terisa Pontes are the two most efficient people I've come across in the industry. They have financed 2 houses for me and they were extremely professional, very quick to get all the paperwork together and send an appraiser out. They have made it so much easier to look for investment properties to buy.

This may have been my first time buying a home, but Mid-Island Mortgage and more specifically Teresa Balain made obtaining a mortgage seem like it was the easiest thing completed during the entire process.
