I have worked with other mortgage brokers and lenders in the past and Teresa exceeds everyone by a longshot. You can always get in touch with her, prompt response times and gets stuff done! Never have to chase or wait for answers. Teresa has helped many of my friends and family members secure financing for their properties and everyone had great experiences as did I. My wife and I closed on our first home in April I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to secure financing for a new home or refinance!

I have worked with Vic numerous times and every time he is beyond amazing. Previously for a home purchase in Brooklyn as well as a refinance in Long Island. This time for another purchase. I e mailed him Monday, called Tuesday to go over my needs, saw a home I wanted Wednesday and by the weekend he worked with my agent to get an offer ready... incredible! Mid-Island Mortgage was extremely helpful from the beginning until the end. They were honest and straight forward. Stephanie kept us informed the entire time and she made us feel that our interests were her number one priority leaving us confident that we received the best mortgage for us in our situation. That is a combination! Alice was amazing explaining and facilitating the process and offerings for me. Midisland has wonderful incentives with Alice right on them all. She ensured every detail and all went through without a hitch (something I can not say about others or companies).
