Closing was pushed back due to a VHDA FHA Grant, but Jon worked effortlessly to help me seal the deal and become a First Time Homeowner. Buying a house is the largest purchase you’ll ever make and can easily become stressful. We however, have only positive things to say about the closing process. David Goldberg essentially made it a seamless and informative process. We were communicated with every step of the way and felt confident he was working with our best interest in mind.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the loan process but Stephanie helped to make it smooth, easy and fast. She was always available on the phone, by email or txt, I had a ton of questions, and Stephanie was able and willing to answer them all. Thanks to Stephanie, buying a house was a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, she is awesome!!

My fiancé and I where 100% satisfied with the service of Mid Island mortgage. Our loan officer made this process as pain less as possible. Vick, was honest and open and guided us in the right direction. He explained things and was organized and thorough and professional. Vick quickly return calls and always available for our questions. I have and will definitely recommend him.

Maria is your best bet if you are looking for a new home. She helped me and my father out with ours and we love it so much. She was so great to work with. Maria walked me through every step of the home buying process and she was quick to respond to all my emails/text messages even on the days when I would email her late at night. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone also she speak fluent Spanish and English . She is just simply amazing.

Over twenty years i lived renting apartments and was never able to save enough money for a down payment. My husband and I were 100% satisfied with Vick and his ability to help us refinance at an extremely competitive rate! What started out as a headache for me..... turned into a dream come true, thanks to Ken and the Mid Island Mortgage team! They made resolving a HELOC and refinancing my mortgage stress free from the beginning to the end! It took less than 60 days!
