What started out as a headache for me..... turned into a dream come true, thanks to Ken and the Mid Island Mortgage team! They made resolving a HELOC and refinancing my mortgage stress free from the beginning to the end! It took less than 60 days! I have worked with other mortgage brokers and lenders in the past and Teresa exceeds everyone by a longshot. You can always get in touch with her, prompt response times and gets stuff done! Never have to chase or wait for answers. Teresa has helped many of my friends and family members secure financing for their properties and everyone had great experiences as did I. My wife and I closed on our first home in April I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to secure financing for a new home or refinance!

I have worked with Vic numerous times and every time he is beyond amazing. Previously for a home purchase in Brooklyn as well as a refinance in Long Island. This time for another purchase. I e mailed him Monday, called Tuesday to go over my needs, saw a home I wanted Wednesday and by the weekend he worked with my agent to get an offer ready... incredible!
