This may have been my first time buying a home, but Mid-Island Mortgage and more specifically Teresa Balain made obtaining a mortgage seem like it was the easiest thing completed during the entire process. I had a great experience with Teresa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in the loan process. She kept the loan process running smoothly and without any hitches. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking at a home purchase or refinance.

Had a problem with a another lender who was over promising and way under delivering so we looked for a new lender. I was referred to Jon and he is about the best there is! He never made a promise he couldn't back up. He worked very had and did an amazing job. If you want someone who will professional and work for you then this is your guy. Frank was such a big help to us through the entire process of buying a house. Being first time homeowners it was a bit stressful and overwhelming but Frank helped us through the whole thing! We are grateful that we were able to work with him through this process.

Teresa Balian and Terisa were both very professional and very easy to work with. We have a small family business and they made a normally stressful process very easy and seamless. This was my first time buying a home and also my first time working with a lender. Jon is very good at what he does. The process was so simple and almost effortless. The processor, Maria, was extremely helpful I am not sure if they are paying her in gold bars or platinum bars but whatever it is has her at the top of her game. Would tip an extra star if I could. Obviously I’m sending everyone I know who needs a lender to Jon
