I've worked with plenty of mortgage brokers and Mid-Island is by far the best. Teresa Balian and Terisa Pontes are the two most efficient people I've come across in the industry. They have financed 2 houses for me and they were extremely professional, very quick to get all the paperwork together and send an appraiser out. They have made it so much easier to look for investment properties to buy.
