I did refinance my mortgage with Mid- Island. My refinance was handled by Stephanie Santoro. She was professional and made my refinance go Simple. I would Highly recommend her and Mid-Island to anyone.
Ms Santoro was extremely knowledge and pleasant to work with. She follow through on her promises. The attention paid to my case makes me feel that I had an agent all for myself. I have no hesitation in recommending MidIsland to others.
Jen made the whole process so uncomplicated. She met me to sign the GFE and disclosures and was very thorough. Her and her manager Teresa Balian went above and beyond their job descriptions. My scores were low in the beginning. I took her advise, my fico scores increased and I was approved for the loan. There was a lot of paper work involved and she told me what I should have expected before I started the process with her. They were very fast and responsive.
