Purchasing a home for the first time can be a very terrifying experience, but thanks to Ben Werczberger the process turned out to be a pleasant one. Applied for a refinance mortgage, had a great rate and the trun a round was very fast Walter made the process quick and painless. In fact I notified Walter that I was going on vacation and he made sure everything was completed before I left.

Ben, our loan officer was referred to us by our freind. He was on the ball from day one. He walked us through the process, so we know what is happening, and don't get any unexpected surprises. He was in constant contact with us untill after the closing. I would definitely recommend Ben for your mortgage needs.

My experience with MidIsland was pleasurable, as well as beneficial. My mortgage consultant, Stephanie Santoro, was a delight to work with. She made me feel confident during the whole process. Stephanie remained on top of everything that needed to be completed for a fast and precise completion. Her mannerism made the experience enjoyable and I would highly recommend her, as well as MidIsland to anyone that is looking for a mortgage company. Overall, I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my experience.

Jen made the whole process so uncomplicated. She met me to sign the GFE and disclosures and was very thorough. Her and her manager Teresa Balian went above and beyond their job descriptions. My scores were low in the beginning. I took her advise, my fico scores increased and I was approved for the loan. There was a lot of paper work involved and she told me what I should have expected before I started the process with her. They were very fast and responsive.
