I cannot say enough about Teresa Balian. I called her one day, this was a unique situation, another mortgage company had just sat on my mortgage for almost 2 months. My time was running out, I asked Teresa on a Friday for 5 minutes of her time. She called me back and dropped everything. 3 weeks later I was approved closed and living in my home as an owner. I got great mortgage and the entire process was as painless as possible with these things. Whenever there was a glitch, she was always available to do whatever she could to get it straightened out, with the tenacity of a bulldog.

The experience with MidIsland was a pleasent one. They had returned every call, and answered every question in a professional and timely manner.The knowledge of there products was 100 %. Purchasing a home for the first time can be a very terrifying experience, but thanks to Ben Werczberger the process turned out to be a pleasant one. Applied for a refinance mortgage, had a great rate and the trun a round was very fast Walter made the process quick and painless. In fact I notified Walter that I was going on vacation and he made sure everything was completed before I left.

Ben, our loan officer was referred to us by our freind. He was on the ball from day one. He walked us through the process, so we know what is happening, and don't get any unexpected surprises. He was in constant contact with us untill after the closing. I would definitely recommend Ben for your mortgage needs.
