Christine was very professional and friendly to work with. She worked hard to get us the best rate possible. She was very patient with us even when we were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the paperwork. She always responded to us via phone/email immediately. She made the whole mortgage process less stressful than it could have been.

My experience with Mr. Thomas Boyle has been one of confidence and trust and i have for the past two years, been recommending him to everyone of my friends who were interested in obtaining a mortgage loan. Were it not for him, I would still be renting today. He goes above and beyond to assist others in all his dealings. He is honest, reliable and shows a sincere interest in the welfare of others. As a matter of fact, words are insufficient in describing his attitude to business and to people.

My experience working with Stephanie was over the top. I would never have managed to get through the whole process without her. She is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. This was a very stressful time for me and Stephanie always knew how to help me through it. She should be commended for all her hard work. She really knows her stuff. I thank Stephanie for everything she did for me. She is certainly an asset to Mid Island Mortgage.

Tom Boyle is probably the most professional person I've dealt with in such a long time. I would use him again and highly recommend him to anybody. He responded to all my phone calls and emails and explained everything clear and concise.

We just closed on our house and we couldn't have done it without our loan officer Elizabeth Graham and underwriter, Chrysti Foote at Mid-Island Mortgage Corp. They was available almost 24/7 to answer all of our questions and make this process as painless as possible. Elizabeth even met us on a Saturday to review paperwork. We were feeling hopeless until we got in contact with her, and shortly after, we closed on our first home! Thanks again!!

Buying a house was one of the biggest choices of our life. Tommy was extremely helpful with our home purchase and refinance. He walked us through every step of the process. He is also very knowledgable with any question you have about loans. I would highly recommend him to any one that is planning on getting a mortgage.

I was astounded by Stephanie Santoro's hard work, her persistence and dedication to resolving the issues involved with my short sale purchase that spanned nearly two years. It has been a pleasure dealing with Stephanie Santoro.
