Hands down - this is a stand up guy! After being screwed around by the first lender we were dealing with I had lost all hope. But Tommy made all my doubts go away. Our friend found him online and sent us his contact info. He worked her file to closing and we closed shortly after. After my husband and I had a horrible experience with another mortgage company that dragged us along for 8 weeks only to disappoint us, my husband found Tom Boyle (Mid-Island) on Zillow. Tommy is AMAZING! I started my mortgage process with a different lender and my experience was becoming close to a nightmare until I got in touch with Tommy and he completely turned things around. Christine was very professional and friendly to work with. She worked hard to get us the best rate possible. She was very patient with us even when we were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the paperwork. She always responded to us via phone/email immediately. She made the whole mortgage process less stressful than it could have been.

My experience with Mr. Thomas Boyle has been one of confidence and trust and i have for the past two years, been recommending him to everyone of my friends who were interested in obtaining a mortgage loan. Were it not for him, I would still be renting today. He goes above and beyond to assist others in all his dealings. He is honest, reliable and shows a sincere interest in the welfare of others. My experience working with Stephanie was over the top. I would never have managed to get through the whole process without her. She is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. This was a very stressful time for me and Stephanie always knew how to help me through it. She should be commended for all her hard work. She really knows her stuff. Tom Boyle is probably the most professional person I've dealt with in such a long time. I would use him again and highly recommend him to anybody. He responded to all my phone calls and emails and explained everything clear and concise.
