Had a great experience with Matt and his team at Mid-Island Mortgage! He was wonderful with his communication and I never felt alone in dealing with the requirements, paperwork or banks! Matt made it easy and was exceptionally quick to respond to my questions and needs for the sellers. I would happily work with Matt again.
For a smooth, friendly transaction, Matt is the one!! My husband is a permanent resident of US but still holding a Canadian Citizenship. This was a little touchy, but it worked out fine thanks to Matt!

Hands down - this is a stand up guy! After being screwed around by the first lender we were dealing with I had lost all hope. But Tommy made all my doubts go away.
