Christine Colon has been more than helpful in the purchasing of our home in 2008. We have contacted her with numerous questions concerning refinancing which we have done twice in the last six years. Recently, we have put our house on the market and I did not hesitate to call Christine to inquire about types of loans, interest rates, and the sale of our current house. She is extremely dedicated, knowledgable, and makes things easier to understand throughout the entire process.

I can not say enough about the recent experience I encountered with Stephanie Santoro of Mid Island Mortgage. When I first contacted Mid Island, my parents and I were in need of a mortgage loan. Had a great experience with Matt and his team at Mid-Island Mortgage! He was wonderful with his communication and I never felt alone in dealing with the requirements, paperwork or banks! Matt made it easy and was exceptionally quick to respond to my questions and needs for the sellers. I would happily work with Matt again.

For a smooth, friendly transaction, Matt is the one!! My husband is a permanent resident of US but still holding a Canadian Citizenship. This was a little touchy, but it worked out fine thanks to Matt!
