I can not say enough about the recent experience I encountered with Stephanie Santoro of Mid Island Mortgage. When I first contacted Mid Island, my parents and I were in need of a mortgage loan. Had a great experience with Matt and his team at Mid-Island Mortgage! He was wonderful with his communication and I never felt alone in dealing with the requirements, paperwork or banks! Matt made it easy and was exceptionally quick to respond to my questions and needs for the sellers. I would happily work with Matt again.

For a smooth, friendly transaction, Matt is the one!! My husband is a permanent resident of US but still holding a Canadian Citizenship. This was a little touchy, but it worked out fine thanks to Matt!

Christine was excellent throughout the entire purchase process. She was proactive about handling issues before they popped up and promptly addressed any questions we had. Her extensive experience and business acumen was readily apparent and it was a pleasure to have her on our team. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful, caring and detail oriented loan officer. Our experience with Mid-Island Mortgage was great and Steph is the best! She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of our mortgage application. We had a previous mortgage application with another bank which did not work out that's why we came to Mid-Island and we're glad we did. Unlike our previous lender, Mid-Island was very quick in processing and evaluating the information we have provided them.
