Christine Colon, Jane and the rest of the Mid-Island Mortgage staff were very knowledgeable and customer friendly. They secured a very low rate for us on our RI-FI ( 2.875 ) savings us a lot of money and knocked 13 years off our mortgage. Christine Colon always called us back and guided us through the process. She is very patient and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Mid-Island Mortgage and would use them again.

I recently just refinanced with MidIsland and Stephanie Santoro was absolutely terrific!! She was patient, knowledgeable, and got me a fantastic rate. Stephanie went over and above for me and my husband consistently and I have recommended her and MidIsland to family and friends. I can't say enough good things about her and my experience with MidIsland! She was the best and I will actually miss talking to her! 5 stars all the way!

Five stars is virtually unachievable in my book, but my experience with Mid-Island, and in particular with Stephanie Santoro proved to be an exception. I had a challenging situation with relatively high income, but substantial debt obligations and they guided me through this difficult process with thoughtful, professional and highly capable assistance. While there was an error on the final mortgage documents (an unrelated adjoining lot was included in the loan) I found the Mid-Island representative to be responsive and helpful. The process was efficient and timely and was, overall, satisfied with my experience. The underwriters are meticulous in garnering needed documentation which was somewhat frustrating. I was at first a bit leary of refinancing my mortgage over the phone and not at a local business. This feeling soon changed.
