I was at first a bit leary of refinancing my mortgage over the phone and not at a local business. This feeling soon changed. I cannot say enough about Teresa Balian. I called her one day, this was a unique situation, another mortgage company had just sat on my mortgage for almost 2 months. My time was running out, I asked Teresa on a Friday for 5 minutes of her time. She called me back and dropped everything. 3 weeks later I was approved closed and living in my home as an owner. I got great mortgage and the entire process was as painless as possible with these things. The experience with MidIsland was a pleasent one. They had returned every call, and answered every question in a professional and timely manner.The knowledge of there products was 100 %. Purchasing a home for the first time can be a very terrifying experience, but thanks to Ben Werczberger the process turned out to be a pleasant one.
