Don't shop there if you are a woman - Horrible Went there for CRV with USAA predetermined pricing.The three hacks kept giving me a hard time about it, the floor mgr tried to add costs to things they hadn't done to it and they wouldnt honor usaa pricing until floor mgr came after i threatened to walk out. Don't waste your time, money or effort in this dealership. The oil change took an hour and a half. This happened... The oil change took an hour and a half. This happened before and they said they fixed the problem. I've had decussions with friends around town who complained about the service taking so long, so I asked the dealership when I called if it was going to take an hour and a half again to change the oil. Saw car online described by them in the ad as "**very nice condition**", drove 81 miles to see car, saw car that was an absolute piece of junk both cosmetically and mechanically (more on that), drove a different car in same price range and it did not make it through test drive (more on that),left dealer shocked and angered. Terrible experience...avoid at all costs I saw a car online and called them to find out if it was still available. They lied to me to get me out there then spent the entire time talking to me like I was a child and not caring what I wanted. I went back a 2nd time after that and requested a new sales rep who was actually rather helpful and ended up putting a down payment on a car. I even sent an e-mail confirming that her her quote was inclusive of tax, tags, document fees and any/all other charges. When I arrived at the dealership and received the final paperwork to sign the bottom line price was there with no itemized detail. When I asked for the detail it did not include NC sales tax. HORRIBLE!!! The sales personnel do not care to sell a vehicle. I have visited this dealership more than once (to be fair) and each time the salesmen were no where to be found. Multiple customers were looking at vehicles but could not get assistance from sales people. Obviously, they do NOT need to sell any vehicles at the dealership.
