He made us believe it was $800. When we got home it was $2100. He actually told us "I have discounted the warranty and for $800. more you can get the extended warranty.

I later found out that they were some mechanical issues concerning the automobile that needed to be corrected. After discussing with the Sales Manager my concerns, the issues were resolved.

It charges the customer for the effort necessary to get the car ready to sell. If they had not cleaned up, and shined the car it would not have looked as nice as it did.
