Cannot in good faith purchase a vehicle here. My girlfriend and I are (still) trying to get her into her first car and Midlands was one of a handful of dealerships still open on Independence Day, so we decided we'd check them out. The first salesman we met was wonderful. A little quiet, but funny, nice, and genuinely seeming interested in getting her into a car she was satisfied with. FIRE THE SALES MANAGER Cars, staff, and facilities were great. However, the sleazy sales manager is in the wrong line of business. His treatment of work co-works and customers alike is appalling. I do not recommend buying from this dealership.

Sale fine, follow through sucked I bought a vehicle here last month, and got a better price than any other dealership offered. That was the end of my good experience though. They failed to follow through on sending my registration, leaving me with a vehicle without a tag. When called about it, they had "forgotten" to put a note in my file about times to call that I'd specified as a night shift worker. We have never been to this Honda dealership before our... We have never been to this Honda dealership before our experience on Jan 23rd. We have all of our Hondas serviced at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. My daughter was in Columbia last week and her engine light came on, so we told her to take it to the Honda dealer in Columbia.She took it to Midlands Honda. She took it in and explained that the engine light had come on. She was told that they needed to run a diganostic test for $69.95 to determine what was wrong. We approved th... read more

Disappointed Just bought a used Ridgeline from Midlands and it turns out i paid $2,000 over the retail book value. Simply put, it's my fault. I believed the sales person and the manager and took them at face value concerning the value of the vehicle. I should have checked the book value ( which you can get on your phone these days ). The thing that I struggle with is that I realized my mistake before paying and chose to be a man of my word rather than continuing negotiations. This dealership is the worst I have ever purchased a car... This dealership is the worst I have ever purchased a car from. They sold me Lo-Jack and lied about installing it on the car, lost the key to my car. They did not complete servicing the vehicle before they gave it to us. They don't return calls.

The sales associate, Steve, was not honest with us. We... The sales associate, Steve, was not honest with us. We did not like the price of the vehicle and were getting ready to leave the facility when he told us he would take our offer and sell us the car. Unfortunately we trusted them and bought the vehicle. Once home we were going through the paperwork and realized they had added a $1500 warranty to the price of the car. We will never use their services again.

Never again Wife went in to purchase a used Honda. Good salesman, good Finance Manager. However, take her advice and do NOT shop there if you are a woman by yourself. Very high pressure. Also, we have elected to cancel the extended warranty she originally purchased, as we believe now she was lied to. According to the document, the warranty expires when the odometer reaches 100k. Will Never Purchase from Midlands Honda We met with three of the outside salesmen over a couple of weeks of searching for a nice used car. Each were very personable and easy going as they showed us various cars. When we decided to seriously discuss the price of a used Civic, we were introduced to an inside sales manager who was very arrogent and had no personality.
