Every since than I have been taking the car back over and over for my car making a noise. First I would like to say that the people at Midlands... First I would like to say that the people at Midlands Honda have been VERY friendly and have tried to be very accomodating. I felt good about my purchase of a used 2006 Pilot. However, I did have a few issues that arose after leaving the dealership. As soon as I left, I noticed that the windshield was chipped/cracked on the driver's side. I was told to call my insurance after about 1 week and report it to them. Bought a 2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee for my college age son "as is" for $4K based on the dealership saying and in print on their web-site: "we put all our used vehicles through an EXTENSIVE INSPECTION before hitting the lot in order to ensure they are of the highest quality." On 29 March,I was told by the CFO that 3.9% financing was... On 29 March,I was told by the CFO that 3.9% financing was not available for Accord model. Was not told this by sales assoc. Honda.com says it is available. Rec'd vehicle with almost empty gas tank and was told they "typically" give $10 worth of gas. Sticker proved full tank was to be given. They finally agreed. Too much deception and neither sales nor CFO knew financing arrangements. Honesty and integrity was lacking.
They lie. They threaten. Their used cars are in... They lie. They threaten. Their used cars are in extremely poor condition! They take FOREVER to complete anything. They ignore you...you have to contact them again and again for an answer to anything. DO NOT SHOP AT MIDLANDS HONDA!!! You will not be happy!
