The overall experience was great. The overall experience was great. But then shortly after leaving the dealership with our brand new truck, we realized that the tint and the door guards, “Midway’s protection package” that we paid $2211 for, was not actually applied to the vehicle. So now I’m highly disappointed.

I asked why my key fob wasn’t working after I changed the I asked why my key fob wasn’t working after I changed the battery. I was charged $52 to be told to spend $400 for a new key fob. I was never told at the time of dropping off the vehicle. There would be a $52 fee to do nothing. I think I was charged for services that I paid for in cash at 86,000 miles and charged for them again at 92,000 miles when I don’t think they were needed. the reason why I believe this is because I was told to change the air filter in my vehicle... read more
Herbert guranteed midway /He had what we are searching Herbert guranteed midway /He had what we are searching for 20,000 cash less than 33,000 miles ( one was listed on website for midway) When son and husband got to dealership next day they were pushed off to agent and had our son and his bilateral amputee dad playing the car dealer game, Talk about bait and switch!!! we have done plenty of business with Midway but will not next time…
Customer service is terrible. Customer service is terrible. May car came out dirty and smelled. They didn't do any inspections they just did the service. So they missed an opportunity to upscale. It has taken upwards to an hour for an oil change. Which is all they did.
