I got a call from service department asking me to bring truck in for a moment because they missed a check box in order to be paid for the warranty claim
GM Warranty program / service I don't think I will buy another GM vehicle until they service department is corrected! the worst service I have ever dealt with. they want to sell cars and dont want to fix them!
Poor service Recall repair took over two days to do, and was only done once I complained. Will never go here again for any vehicle service.
Service department is not good!! I complained that my brakes were squeaking every time I got oil changed from very first week I owned my Chevy Silverado, every single time they said nothing was wrong. As I expected it had a brake caliper froze up, but my son had to fix it even though I paid for warranty. So my advice is don?t every buy extended warranty because with every new truck I buy these dealerships snake there way out of fixing the problem by telling some lie. Dishonest Dealership I inquired on a truck last Monday and was contacted by their salesperson. He got me a quote from their internet manager. 3 days later it had cleared inspection and they received everything they needed from me to complete the sale. I was paying cash so there was no possible problem right? Until manager Jay Lawrence decided the quote they gave me was no longer high enough. Bad service for repeated visits. Car is Getting the same problem repaired twice and. Id way won’t own up that they made a mistake they want me to believe that the water coolant leak that is minimal is caused by a bad water pump , bad thwrmosrr the And now a bad oil cooler my car only has 80,000 and has never been driven to the ground. Mr. Islas Poor selling team, they don?t give enough attention to trustworthy repeating buyer, and no call backs for their part. Service team and service attendants are exceptional. Something in not working inside to make a bonded dealership, I will try another dealership instead.

Unsatisfied Took 3 weeks for catalytic converter and front suspension, plus a short in rt. turn signal and cruise control. Because it took so long to find short in C.C., my service advisor cleaned out my car, washed the inside windows, threw out trash. Along with my UBS cord for car charger, couple of irreplaceable trinkets from my console, threw out the squeegee half of my window cleaner (I still have the handle- very functional) .
